We kicked off Sunday morning with a mass warm-up all together, getting everyone moving and awakening those rugby muscles before getting stuck into a great session!

It was so good to see so many happy faces back around the club. There’s already such a great buzz about the 2026/27 season, and we can’t wait to see what the year ahead brings!
